I thought the one in GT5 was, but in GT6 there are 2 different models (fan and not).

Don't get your cars confused. There's the original X1, which was later renamed X2010. Then the X2011 was added to GT5 . Both are in GT6, which also has added an X2014 Junior, and as of tonight, an X2014 Standard and X2014 Fan Car.
